Almost White Papers

"A white paper is an authoritative report or guide that often addresses issues and how to solve them. White papers are used to educate readers and help people make decisions." (from Wikipedia) In this case, the "papers" are all written by a particular "White" and so are "almost" White Papers. That means that the opinions expressed on this blog are my own, and should not be attributed to my employer, or any other person or institution with whom I am affiliated.
